The medical providers deliver exceptional care, demonstrating attentiveness and a willingness to address patients' concerns. However, the front desk staff and the billing department unfortunately, falls short in terms of customer service and efficiency . Billing discrepancies and issues with copayment reimbursement are recurrent occurrences, reflecting in my opinion is a lack of knowledge and professionalism among the staff. These shortcomings detract from the overall quality of service provided by the doctors' office, especially when juxtaposed with the excellence of the medical providers themselves. As an establishing patient , I've encountered numerous errors in copayment handling and have yet to receive reimbursement for these discrepancies. Consequently, I have been forced to seek out a new provider, a decision that has been absolutely horrific and inconvenient because not only are the providers are phenomenal and thorough but the options in this area are slim! It is particularly disheartening as I felt like I was building a relationship with the providers at this office.

Had concerns if I was covid positive, was tested. Everyone was curtious and thorough.

I went to this office for the first time today for a Covid test. The staff was friendly and helpful, the waiting room was laid out well, the exam room was clean and the Dr. was quick yet thorough! I was very happy with the visit.
