Even though this was just an initial visit, it was ineffable in the best way. From the moment I walked into Dr. Connell’s office, I felt genuinely welcomed. His sharp insight made it easy for him to connect with what I was saying Show moreand show how I personally resonated with the topics we discussed. The space was free of judgment, and the conversation felt natural, not clinical, which made it easier for me to open up. I left feeling heard, understood, and encouraged to continue.
He was very professional. As nervous and uncomfortable as I was he made me feel mostly safe and comfortable. The onboarding is a little impersonal and confusing, but once you get there the staff is kind.
