Board-certified podiatrist Richard Seegmiller, DPM, provides patient-centered care at Advanced Foot & Ankle Center in Bountiful, West Jordan, and Downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. In addition to general podiatry care, Dr. Seegmiller specializes in diabetic foot care, podiatric surgery and biomechanics, and sports medicine.
After earning his Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah, Dr. Seegmiller went on to pursue his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. He completed his podiatric surgical residency at Kern Hospital in Warren, Michigan.
Dr. Seegmiller understands the importance of staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in his field and is active in several professional organizations. He is a member of the American Diabetes Association, a Fellow of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons, and a Diplomat of the American Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Seegmiller is also a past president of the Utah Podiatric Medical Association.
Dr. Seegmiller has been happily married to his wife, Jennifer, for over 30 years. When he’s not seeing patients at Advanced Foot & Ankle Center, he enjoys camping, fishing, golfing, and spending time with his family.

very friendly office staff. I had a little to no wait time after checking in before I was moved to an exam room. The office works very efficiently. I saw the provider initially then had an x-ray, and then a recap of results with treatment suggestions. My well-being and best interests were always considered.

I have only admiration for Dr Seegmiller and his Staff. They truly care for all of their patients. Dr Seegmiller has repaired a foot that was broken and other surgeons were unable to repair.
