Always grateful for Dr. Jeroudi! Her intelligence, how she approach and understanding and the excellent care she has provided for me. Robert Fayle, MD, a neurologist providing neurological consultations and follow-ups at Houston Neurological Institute’s Pasadena and Pearland, Texas, locations.
Dr. Fayle received his medical degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and completed his neurology residency at UTHealth Medical School in Houston. Before joining the Houston Neurological Institute, he was recruited by Memorial Medical Center in Livingston, Texas, as medical director of Memorial Multispecialty Associates, director of stroke services, and medical director of the Livingston Sleep Disorders Center.
Prior to his position in Livingston, he served for 20 years as director of the Sleep Disorders Center and a general neurologist at the Diagnostic Clinic in Houston, followed by several years of private practice. He was director of Park Plaza Hospital in Houston for seven years.
Board-certified in adult neurology and sleep medicine, Dr. Fayle has held multiple leadership positions in the Harris County Medical Society, Texas Neurological Society, and the Texas Medical Association. His research in the field of sleep and stroke, including CPAP compliance and adherence, treatment of insomnia and the role of sleep apnea in diabetic patients, has been published widely.

Dr Fayle is one the best there is. He is attentive, very informative, and personable.
Dr.Fayle listens to your problems and then has suggestions as to how to solve your problem/problems. I was referred to him after I had two seizures in 2013 and have been seeing him since . I would recommend him and his nurse, and staff!!!

Excellent doctor. Actually took his time to talk, listen and explain everything. He did not rush us and preformed multiple tests and really gave us a good feeling about handling our medical needs.

Dr Fayle examined me and discussed my cervical non-radicular pain condition for a full hour. It was educational and encouraging as he mapped a therapy path forward and put me in touch with a nearby therapy site in the medical center. I will begin rehab on January 30. Dr Fayle’s confidence in the assessment was itself reassuring.
