About Dr. Robert Garelick, DDS, PC
As a board-certified dental sleep specialist, Robert B. Garelick, DDS, provides safe and effective treatment for sleep apnea, snoring, and other sleep breathing disorders at Chase Dental Sleepcare. He currently treats patients at the following locations in New York: East Meadow and Hicksville in Long Island; Oakland Gardens in Queens; Yorkville in Manhattan; Yonkers; and Staten Island, NY. Dr. Garelick is dedicated to providing high-quality comprehensive dental sleep medicine to patients.
Dr. Garelick attended the State University of New York at Albany where he studied chemistry and business administration. He then enrolled at the New York University College of Dentistry in New York City, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1980. Dr. Garelick completed his general practice residency at the Montefiore Medical Center Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, New York.
In addition to his work in patient care, Dr. Garelick continues to pursue the latest innovations in the field of dental sleep medicine. He received his diplomate from The American Sleep and Breathing Academy in 2017. Dr. Garelick is also an active member in the American Dental Association, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, Academy of Clinical Sleep Disorder Discipline, New Jersey Dental Sleep Academy, and the New York State Dental Society.
In Dr. Garelick's Spare time he enjoys golf, reading, and spending time with his family. He recently welcomed his first grandchild.

I have been going to Chase Dental for 4 years now; Dr Chase, Dr Garelick and their staff are compassionate and superb. I have really put my problems in their hands. I had a terrible dental emergency while I was undergoing other work with Dr Garelick and he had me come in immediately. I think of them as my friends, not simply my TMJ dentists.
