I was sick for about a week, I made an appointment and was able to see the nurse practitioner. She made sure the medication I received did not interact with my other medications that I am taking, in the past my cough doesn’t get bShow moreetter unless I take something with codeine. She told me that I couldn’t take codeine due to other medications. She gave me something else for my cough with one does I was able to sleep a lot better than I have been due to my coughing. I recently started seeing the doctor said this office and I am totally happy with their service, I give them five stars all the way
I feel so lucky to have Rena Kalter as my primary care provider. She is a caring, attentive and knowledgeable. I’ve been to numerous doctors of different specialities and she is by far the BEST! I’ve had so many unexplained symptoShow morems that greatly interfered with my quality of life for over a decade. Most doctors didn’t take the time to listen or dismissed my pain/symptoms. Rena was the only provider who listened and ordered right tests that led to my current diagnosis. Since my diagnosis I’ve improved so much because it’s being treated appropriately. She respects and appreciates the knowledge I have about my conditions. Rena Kalter is one in a million!

Siddique Toghral, MD, is a family medicine physician at Prima Medicine, with two offices in Fairfax and South Riding, Virginia. Prima Medicine is happy to welcome Dr. Toghral to the practice as he is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.Dr. Toghral completed his Bachelor’s of Science in Biology at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. He then went on to pursue his Doctorate in Medicine (MD) at St. George's University School of Medicine in 2015. Once he received his medical degree, he sought the opportunity to further his specialty in family medicine through the Lynchburg Family Medicine Residency program, where he was eventually named intern of the year at the practice.
As a passionate physician who enjoys gaining broad experiences, Dr. Toghral is an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, and their peer-review journal, the American Family Physician. In addition, he is fluent in English and Farsi, and is able to discuss health needs with his patients in their most comfortable language.
In his free time, Dr. Toghral enjoys weight training, playing soccer, and watching cool sci-fi movies.

Very professional, very deatail oriented, always has a big smile
Since seeing Dr. T I have never had a bad experience. With his help I have my A1C levels were at 6.6 and now I’m down to 5.4 why white coat fear is never up when I see him. I couldn’t be more happier with a Dr than I have with him. I don’t make up any excuses to try and get out of appointments to see him.
I was promptly received at my scheduled time for my physical. Dr. T showed up on time and was very cordial. He answered all my questions. Nice guy.

We had an great experience coming to this practice. From the front office staff to the doctor to the gentleman who did our lab work. Dr. Toghral was very personable, thorough and answered any questions we had in a caring way. Will be coming to this practice going forward.
