If I could give this medical practice 10 stars I would. I have seen a lot of providers over the years but this practice is beyond fantastic. Oliver Mayriel and Nancy along with all of the other staff are great. Oliver and Nancy Show morego above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Everyone in this practice treats you as a person and will spend as much time as they need to addressing your concerns and answering you questions. I also think it's great that Oliver and other staff call you and check up on you multiple times to make sure you are feeling better in the long run. Most providers will only call once if you are lucky and others will only send you a text and say call if you have issues. I love that this practice has early morning appointments that you can book on line and the urgent care is great as they will get you in as soon as possible. Once checked in, you may have to spend 5 minutes to get called back (which is great) and once you are in the exam room, you aren't left sitting and waiting. On other words, they haven't ever given me the impression of overbooking or over looking their patients and will provide you the best quality of care you could ask for. If you are looking for a provider that genuinely cares about you, call them.
Family Medicine Specialists of Texas was able to get me into their office as a new patient on very short notice when I was extremely ill. Dr. Le and the staff were extremely focused on quickly finding the cause of my illness. TestShow mores were done and blood work was sent to the lab on a "rush" and results returned the very next morning. Because of this, I was able to receive medicines starting prior to a long holiday weekend. I am certain that if I had not received this urgency of care, I would have found myself in the hospital over the weekend. Thank you Dr. Le and staff.

I came in for a well woman exam and wasn’t expecting a male doctor as I had always had female doctors here. It was awkward. He didn’t do anything wrong as such, but I tried to apologize for being whiney during my exam and was basically told I should be happy as other patients have reported other doctors being much rougher with them?! The implication I should be grateful I haven’t had doctors “be rough with me” during a very vulnerable experience was scary. I might look for another office, despite having great experiences with the female doctors (and nurses) previously.

Dr. Nguyen was very thorough. I came in for a physical and it was in and out but he touched on all topics that concerned me. His office staff was very courteous . No issues to talk about. I would recommend this office.

Nurse Practitioner Lee is great! She takes the time to listen, explains her treatment plan and is most willing to answer any questions and concerns. I have been a patient of hers for almost two years and will continue to see her.
