These Customer Community Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) outline what is expected of you and what you can expect from other users when you access our Customer Community (“Community”).
By accessing and using our Community, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use, so please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms of Use, you should not use the Community. Tebra reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion.
Be respectful. Our Community is intended to be a positive resource for helpful, relevant information and constructive engagement. To help us fulfill this purpose, please refrain from posting any content that violates Section 2(a) below. Your opinions are always welcome, but personal attacks and harassment on the Community or Community members are not acceptable.
Be cognizant. In an ideal world, our Community would be filled with only good actors providing relevant, helpful information–and while our Community Moderators do their best to make that ideal a reality, Tebra cannot control all the information being shared or solicited in the Community. To help ensure you have a positive Community experience, please do not post or otherwise share any personal information or information that you otherwise do not wish to be public. Remember, any information that you post can be obtained and used by others. In addition, be wary of any advice or guidance shared by other users that sounds incorrect, misleading, or unsafe. If any user asks you for personal information, such as an address, password or credit card number, do not provide it.
Be Relevant. The Community is provided as a service to Tebra customers and is not intended for the promotion of third-party services, products, websites, or organizations. Please refrain from posting content that would constitute advertising, spam, chain letters, or any other form of unauthorized solicitation, and from discussing personal matters or posting in a manner unrelated to Tebra products and services.
Need help? Just ask. If you are new to Tebra or to our Community and are unsure about anything, ask the Community Manager or any of our Community Moderators. We are happy to help!
