About Dr. Dia Vickery, DACM, LAc
Combining active listening and a comprehensive review of my patients' complete health records, I design personalized treatment plans for acupuncture and herbal medicine or supplements; while also offering lifestyle adjustment recommendations such as dietary changes, mindfulness or physical exercise. When required, I collaborate with Western medicine colleagues, physical therapists, mental health counsellors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure my patients receive the highest level of care tailored to their specific needs.
I have been in practice since 2004. My post-graduate studies have primarily focused on the body-mind connection, enabling me to specialize in assisting patients who suffer from migraine, fibromyalgia, autoimmune diseases, anxiety and insomnia, as well as women experiencing infertility and menstrual/menopausal issues.
I received a doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese medicine in 2018.
