Please note, all customers are provided a profile upon sign up. If your profile is missing, you may be missing required information for profile publication.
Reviews are populated specifically for the relevant Tebra provider. These reviews are collected with Tebra’s patient feedback surveys that are sent to patients after their visit.
Your Tebra Care Connect profile reflects calendar and appointment settings configured within your respective Tebra platform.
For Practice Growth customers, please reach out to Customer Care to enable online booking. Otherwise, settings for availability can be adjusted from within your portal settings.

After each appointment, we ask patients for feedback about their visit experience. We then share these reviews to help patients find a provider that best fits their needs. To enable patient reviews, please contact our Customer Care team through your Tebra portal.

All appointment requests and bookings will appear in the Tebra portal under your appointment management section. This includes any requests and bookings from Tebra Care Connect.

Tebra Care Connect is an online community that connects patients with providers and enables them to instantly book appointments online and learn more about providers.
Please note: Tebra does not directly find providers on behalf of patients and cannot answer questions directly related to a practice’s operations, billing/payment, or care. Please contact the provider or practice directly with any inquiries you may have.
Tebra enables patients to search for providers, read verified reviews, learn more about providers, and request appointments online. Tebra does not directly facilitate bookings on behalf of patients.
Providers listed on Tebra Care Connect are affiliated with Tebra. If your provider is not listed on Tebra, contact your care provider for insight and request to join the Tebra network.

Our online directory is 100% free for patients.
If available on a provider’s profile, you can conveniently book or request an appointment online, or you can call the practice directly. Availability of booking or access to online scheduling is determined by the provider and practice.

You will receive an email from the provider confirming your appointment.
You will be able to follow up with any scheduling changes by reaching out to the practice directly via phone or text (if available).
If you request an appointment online, then your provider may contact you to verify your insurance eligibility. You may always click “contact us” on the provider’s profile to contact the office directly to confirm insurance eligibility, or contact your insurance provider directly.
Patients seen by a Tebra provider are provided an opportunity to leave a review and feedback. After you complete your appointment, you'll receive a notification from your provider to give feedback via text and/or email.
The provider’s phone number is conveniently located on the right side of the provider profile. Click on “Call Us” to display the provider’s phone number.
Tebra cannot book your appointment on your behalf. Please contact the provider directly either through a provider’s online booking option,or call the provider’s office directly.
