Through this journey she has extensively studied Eastern philosophies in meditation, yoga and Ayurveda. She is an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner and hold certifications in meditation, mindfulness, yoga nidra and yoga therapy. She also holds a Bachelors Degree in Nursing and Masters Degree in Nursing.
