Dr. Adebukola Adebayo is a board certified and fellowship trained ophthalmologist specializing in the medical and surgical management of various diseases of the eyes. She treats a wide array of conditions including, but not limited to cataracts, glaucoma, dry eyes, infections, as well as the ocular manifestations of systemic diseases including diabetes, hypertension, and autoimmune disorders. Ben Z. Cohen, MD, founded Retina Associates of New York in 1983 in Manhattan, New York. This established the start of his mission to provide patients with personalized and focused care using the most advanced medical treatments available to address diseases of the retina.

The practice has since grown to include fully equipped satellite offices in Queens and in New Rochelle, which serve patients in Southern Westchester and the Bronx. Jeffrey C. Paccione, MD, joined Retina Associates of New York in 1998. His dedication to his patients and his profession mesh well with the group's priority of providing personalized patient-first care in a welcoming environment that's equipped with state-of-the-art medical technology. Retina Associates of New York now has three locations: Upper East Side, Manhattan; Forest Hills, Queens; and the New Rochelle office serving the Bronx and Southern Westchester.

Joseph J. Tseng, MD, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ophthalmologist with over 12 years of experience providing high-quality care to residents in and around New York City. Dr. Tseng graduated with honors from Stanford University in Stanford, California, with a bachelor’s degree in human biology. After completing his undergraduate studies, Dr. Tseng earned his medical degree Columbia University’s College of Physicians & Surgeons in New York City.

After a medical internship at Lenox Hill Hospital, Dr. Tseng began his ophthalmology training with a residency at Columbia University Medical Center. Raphael E. Rosenbaum, MD, is a skilled ophthalmologist and uveitis specialist serving the tri-state area with four New York offices in the Upper East Side of Manhattan, the Borough Park neighborhood of Brooklyn, New Rochelle, and Forest Hills. With his extensive surgical training and ongoing practice, Dr. Rosenbaum is board eligible by the American Board of Ophthalmology.

Dr. Alfred J. Nadel joined Retina Associates of New York in 2003, to which he brought forty years of Clinical Vitreo-Retinal practice.

A graduate of Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, Dr. Nadel did his internship at Letterman General Hospital in San Francisco; his residency at Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary in Chicago; and a Fellowship in Retinal Diseases & Surgery at New York Hospital of Cornell University Medical School.

He is an Associate Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at New York University and is currently an Attending Surgeon at Lenox Hill Hospital, where he was the director of the Retinal Service. He has received awards as “Teacher of the Year” and trained many medical students who eventually became Retinal Specialists now in practice throughout the country.

Dr. Nadel is a member of the American Board of Ophthalmology, American Society of Retina Specialists, the British-American Retina Group, the Societe Francaise D’Ophthalmologie, the New York Society of Clinical Ophthalmology, the Committee on Continuing Medical Education and the New York County Medical Society. He has written many articles published in ophthalmic journals as well as several chapters in ophthalmic textbooks. Dr. Squillante has been a member of Retina Associates of New York since 2015. Prior to joining Retina Associates, Dr. Squillante had his own solo retina practice for over 30 years in New York City.

Dr. Squillante earned his medical degree at the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn. Upon graduation, he completed a year of surgical internship and a year of neurosurgical residency at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine Medical Center in the Bronx.

After completing his military service in the United States Airforce, Dr. Squillante completed athree­ year residency in ophthalmology at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary. Having a desire to specialize in retinal disorders, Dr. Squillante obtained a fellowship in retinal diseases at the world-famous Wilmer Ophthalmological Institute of Johns Hopkins Hospital. Thisretinal fellowship was completed under the auspices of Dr. Arnall Patz, a world-renowned leader in laser treatment of diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration.

Upon returning to New York City, Dr. Squillante founded "Retinacare", a solo retina practice dedicated to providing quality, one-on-one care of retinal disorders. He now continues his work at Retina Associates of New York, by providing care dedicated to individual patient needs.
