Very good. Hardly any wait time. In and out within two hours. Staff was professional. Technicians were well skilled in their roles. They described the various procedures well. Dr. Icasiano explained my eye condition and recommended modes of treatment satisfactorily. Appointment process was easy. The location was easy to get to. I would recommend that there be a hook on the bathroom door for ladies' bags when we need to use the facilities.
I feel good about how they help me understand what was going on with my eyes step by step I appreciate how they took care of me. She is a very good eye doctor.
It was excellent. Everyone was very nice. Looking forward to my next visit next year.
Eyes feel so much better after my visit. They hurt, were dry and tired before for many many days.
