“Fast, Professional & Clean!
Abby, P.A was fantastic. I had originally went to the HF Urgent Care on Mack about 1 mile down the road. I got there, checked in. No one really acknowledged me, there was only one girl, I sat & waiting for 20 minutes. The building & inside was pretty dirty, the room walls were paper thin, I could hear all of the patient information before me so I decided to leave & go to Emcura.
I spoke to Abby on the phone before I got there , she said come on over. Got there, signed a few quick papers & I was back in a room. Medical Assistant took my vitals and went over symptoms, not even 3 minutes later Abby walked in and went over everything with me. I was there a total of 30 minutes, if that. She was so friendly & professional, I won’t go anywhere else or take my kids anywhere else now! ”

Comprehensive Primary Care opened its doors in 2015 as a solo physician owned Family Medicine Practice. Our goal is to provide primary care to our community with a comprehensive approach: instead of addressing only one complaint, we take the time to look at the entire individual.
Dr. Obinna Uzowulu incorporates his experience as a Hospitalist and Emergency Medicine physician in his practice, which allows him to care for a broad variety of acute and chronic medical conditions.
Our main focus is preventive medicine: in the U.S. preventive care is readily available but woefully underutilized. Our goal is to encourage healthy living through preventive care and responsible lifestyle choices.
Dr. Uzowulu was born in Nigeria, completed his medical training in Hungary and Family Medicine Residency at University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston. Board Certified in Family Medicine since 2010.
“He is a great passionate doctor and love what he does also he connects with you as a human who cares not just as a medical level but psychological level also. I have nothing but great experience. I do recommend this doctor to everyone me and all my family are his patients.”

His assistant was very kind and very knowledgeable. Going over my health issues with Dr Berg he seemed very caring and interested. He offered suggestions of things I can do to feel better beyond just using edibles. I felt respected and safe to communicate who I am and what I was there for.”
