Dr Long has taken care of me for almost 10 years now. I’m glad he is younger than me, so he can continue to care for me through this lifetime. He has addressed every single concern I have about my treatment. He is a great listShow moreener and a thorough physician. St Augustine is a better place because Dr Long and his wife Dr Thor practice medicine in our town. Thanks so much to Andy and her staff for getting things done so easily in the office. Had a pre-op clearance exam with Jacob. He was excellent..... very easy to talk to and very informative.... would highly recommend. Also office staff was a attentive and very short wait time.

Dr Long was very invested and listened carefully on the tele call. This was my first with him and l am very satisfied with the care. I think this is a good way to follow up with Mds in between in office visits. As a RN this worked well for me.
Always knows exactly what you need to ,unsolicited. Very easy to talk to, however staying objective to what medical issue is. Listens very well.
