Richard Connell, Ph.D., has been in practice for 24 years. He specializes in evaluation and works with individuals. Richard believes an assessment can mean many things, depending on the purpose of the assessment. Our typical assessment battery consists of IQ testing, academic achievement testing, and an assessment of acute symptomatology (in other words, looking for symptoms of depression, anxiety, and other mental health difficulties).
Richard is passionate about diagnostic evaluations, particularly with adults, and with children who may be on the autism spectrum. He enjoys meeting new people every day, hearing about their struggles and life experiences, and guiding them toward a path of healing.
Outside of work, Richard is known to enjoy reading, woodworking, and international travel. As the founder of Oria, Richard’s goal is to find the right provider for every person we serve. We strive to meet people where they are, and help them reach their full potential.

He recognizes that the intoxicating and exhilarating nature of these careers can often lead to neglect of self-care. Repetitive exposure to trauma and loss can leave deep, unseen scars, and Christopher is here to help heal them.
Christopher has been married for 22 years and has three beautiful children. He and his wife met in an ER in South Atlanta, Kristin as an ER Nurse and Chris as a Paramedic. Throughout their careers, Chris and Kristin have been each other’s sounding boards and counsel regarding the clinical, operational, and emotional aspects of the job.

“The building its self is dark and musty. Once we located Dr Jagha's office he welcomed us, introduced himself and made sure we were comfortable. He explained his practice and position to my daughter and soon enough she felt very comfortable communicating with Dr Jagha. He took the time and really heard her and her concerns. After the appointment my daughter expressed how much she really liked Dr Jagha and enjoyed her visit.”
