Excellent experience. Getting scheduled was prompt and I only waited a few weeks to get in, unlike other providers I called. Filling out intake paperwork online was easy. Communication was prompt with reminder texts and emails. ThShow moree evaluation was a good experience and I'll have results in 2 weeks or less. My son came here first and we had a great experience and now I've come and everything was really great including all the staff. Highly recommend.
I would first of all like to address how professional and respectful Dr. Connell approaches his sessions with patients. He is very thorough in his inquiry of your current complications. I felt comfortable in his office and he felt safe to talk to. My appointment started at the time it was scheduled and the lobby had good seating. His staff was courteous and warm. Overall a very pleasant visit, even considering that I arrived stressed and anxious after a long drive and little sleep.

Office staff and Doctor were very kind.
The staff was super nice and informative. They were very understanding and caring towards my son. He really enjoyed working with the staff. They were very punctual on time and understanding when we had to rush the ending of the appointment due to needing to pick up our younger son from school.

My child and I have been with Dr. Connell’s practice since we moved back to TX in 2017. The office staff and the therapist are great and of course Dr. Connell is great but the biggest reason for leaving this review is because I saw excitement on Dr. Connell’s face when my son went from nonverbal to verbal. He complimented my parenting and the work I have put on for staying overly on top of everything. He doesn’t know how much that meant to a mother who was told he’ll never speak. Thank you!
My insurance interview with Dr. Connell started on time and lasted under 30 minutes. He did a good job of explaining what was going to happen, answering my questions, and elaborating on anything I didn't understand. After the interview was over, he provided information on what the next step looks like. All in all, I had a good experience and highly recommend him.
