Lauren is a Family Nurse Practitioner that earned her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida and graduated with a Master's of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the Medical University of South Carolina. She has regenerative medicine experience in joint injections, chronic wound care, infusion based diabetes care, and Biote therapy.
Lauren began her nursing career as a Mother-Baby nurse at Northside Hospital and then moved on to provide concierge in-home infant nursing for families in the Atlanta area. Her clinical experience included the oversight of of multiple primary care facilities surrounding the Atlanta area focusing on comorbid case management, primary care across the lifespan, and urgent care procedures.

In addition to his expertise in complex medical dermatology, Dr. Cleaver has performed fellowships with additional certifications in both dermatopathology and Mohs micrographic surgery. Nathan J. Cleaver D.O. completed his dermatopathology fellowship at the Ackerman Academy of Dermatopathology in New York, New York, a fellowship and institution known both nationally and internationally for its excellence in dermatopathology.
After the completion of his dermatopathology fellowship, Dr. Cleaver went on to complete a Mohs micrographic surgery fellowship at Northeast Regional Medical Center in Missouri. He completed his dermatology residency, where he served as chief resident, at Michigan State University - St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Dr. Cleaver completed his internship at the St. John Health System in 2011 located in Oakland County, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit. Dr. Waxweiler is originally from Duluth, Georgia, and graduated from Duluth High School. He completed his undergraduate degree with honors at Davidson College on a full scholarship.
Before graduating, Dr. Waxweiler spent a year studying melanoma at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill as a Doris Duke Fellow. He then moved to Denver, Colorado, to complete his internship with his little brother at Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center.
Finally, he completed his dermatologic residency at the University of California Irvine,-a program well-known nationwide for its extensive cosmetic training.
