I had my first visit today with Dr Smith and I was pleased with how well she treated me and explained things to me about my problem with my skin I have been to so many doctors about the same thing for years and the they always offShow moreer a chemical peel or laser no getting to the root of the problem, but she is everyone in the office was very professional.
Fine and dandy. I arrived early, completed my paperwork, was brought back to the exam room on time, and was neen promptly. The procedures didn't hurt much. I wasn't thrilled about having to supply my social security number. If you value good patient engagement and care/bedside manner, you may want to avoid coming to this one. During our (child patient and parent) appointment on 10/02/26, the two women at the front desk pretended to be too busy to quickly greet us when we came in. A simple, quick “Hi, Welcome, Be with you soon” was just too much for them to manage I guess. I just stood there watching them do whatever they were doing until one got off the phone and had to bother to help me. They clearly dislike their jobs, their coworkers, their boss or a combo of some sort. The dermatologist came in and was basically an extension of poor patient engagement & care/bedside manner we’d experienced at the front desk. She rushed through our visit barely allowing room for any type of questions or clarifying engagement. She even seemed annoyed that I didn’t just allow her to bulldoze through my child’s visit. Though I moved forward with booking the follow-up, can’t bring myself to come back so will cancel. What a terrible experience!
very accommodating the office smelled and looked wonderful pleasant faces at check-in and also medical staff. The doctor was willing to listen to all your issues. Was she moving quickly? Yes, is she thorough? Let’s hope.

My 8 year old son came to get a skin tag removed. When he heard the doctor say needle he became visibly scared. Because he was scared he was crying . The doctor took it off but wwas rude to him. While the assistants told him he did a great job, Doctor told him he didnt. She accused him of kicking her on purpose and he couldn't even see behind him. I simply said if he did it was an accident she wanted to go back and forth about how he didnt do a good job and how he kicked her. Which he didn't. It was very disrespectful and rude.
The entire process was very easy: online appointment scheduling, friendly office staff, expedited office visit. Dr. Smith answered all of my questions and gave me three prescriptions to help my issue. Definitely a top notch practice.
She knows her work. Very pleased. Visit was on time and promptly.

Dr.Smith is extremely knowledgeable about dermatology and the different skin issues. Immediately she can diagnose your condition just off of viewing it. She’s very professional as well as knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dr. smith to new and current patients. She really knows her stuff !

We were in and out the doctor knows her stuff. She just look at my daughter and was already to tell what was going on. Gives you time to ask any questions and she answers. Love it here
