Dr. Alexandra Grammenos was born and raised on the Space Coast of Florida and is thrilled to return to practice with Brevard Medical Dermatology. Upon obtaining her medical degree at Nova Southeastern University and her general medicine internship at Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Dr. Grammenos completed her Dermatology residency at the Kansas City University of Medicine and Bioscience/Dermatology Residency of Orlando. During her education, Dr. Grammenos was published in many prestigious, peer-reviewed journals on topics including alopecia areata and surgical closures following skin cancer treatment.

Dr. Grammenos specializes in general and cosmetics dermatology. She treats a variety of diseases of the skin, hair, and nails including skin cancer, hair loss, acne, and psoriasis. She treats all ages of patients and is currently accepting new patients. Dr. Grammenos has been trained on the latest advances in neurotoxin and cosmetic filler injection for the treatment of fine line and facial volume loss.

While not busy at the office, Dr. Grammenos and her husband enjoy spending the weekends on the water, cooking with their extended family, and doting on their fur child Hudson.

Timothy E. Knight, MD is a dermatologist at North County Dermatology Clinic. Serving patients in Lakeland, Florida, he enjoys the problem-solution process in dermatology. When it comes to his patients, he views each person as an individual, fascinating mystery just waiting to be solved.

Dr. Knight has practiced dermatology for more than 30 years and is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology. He earned his medical degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and completed his internship in internal medicine at the Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu. He also completed his dermatology residency at the University of Maryland Medical System in Baltimore.

As a lifelong learner, Dr. Knight has published numerous research studies in peer-reviewed journals, and he has presented nationally. He previously served as an assistant professor at several medical schools, and he is currently an adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern University.

In addition to a medical degree, Dr. Knight earned a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1999. He has received many academic honors in the veterinary field, including the Clinic Volunteer of the Year Award from the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty of Animals in 2003 and 2007. Dr. Knight is also a veteran of the United States Army, where he was a captain of the Medical Corps. Prior to the Army, Dr. Knight was an Airman First Class of the Missouri National Guard.

Dr. Knight generously participates in community service and has volunteered as a dermatologist with Talofa Medical Mission, where he provided charity medical services for two weeks yearly in Polynesia over a 10-year period. He has also been a weekly volunteer veterinarian for the Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in Lakeland.

He is pleased to offer services that keep pace with modern technology and medical breakthroughs, and he enjoys nothing more than bringing gratitude and joy to his patients.
