I would have left and never came back based off of my experience with the front desk. They lack professionalism, empathy, self-control, patience, basically they will treat you like an inconvenience and you can just leave; as a matShow moreter of fact, while I was there they told one patient "then leave" and as I was was walking to my car a non-affiliated personal was on the phone upset in how he was treated. Now for the positive: plenty of parking, the building inside and out is very clean, The staff looked clean and presentful, the rooms are spaces and bright. Keep reading as this is the best part. The doctor, and medical assistance ....WOW ,WOW they were soo caring, and informative, They were very gentle and maintained positivity through out the visit. You will leave out the room feeling like you are not an inconvenience, that your in good hands, and that you were heard, I cant give them enough compliments. The worse part was going back to the front desk to check out. My advice is if you end up having a bad experience with the front desk try to bite your tongue( no point in explaining anything, they dont dont care about you) I hope they can fix this as the front desk controls the flow and set the tone of one's perspectives, of the quality of treatment they will receive.
Yes this is Brad I’ve had a problem but Jenny has certainly been wonderful and straighten it out she was so nice to me today it’s unbelievable I called yesterday to give her a complement she didn’t get it that I don’t like I was sShow moreupposed to have a wound care specialist start with me but there’s procedures are so barbaric and complicated than it took three days to get it approved just to send somebody out and they never came out so I told him to go to Hel anyhow you’ve been wonderful thank you so much I’ve been a problem I know but I’ve been almost 3 months to see won’t heal it’s killing me it’s still Liz but she did a wonderful job today I was going to call again but they didn’t give her the message yesterday so I don’t know what to do please give Janet a complement for me she’s wonderful she’s the best thank you have a good day

Dr. Knight has practiced dermatology for more than 30 years and is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology. He earned his medical degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and completed his internship in internal medicine at the Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu. He also completed his dermatology residency at the University of Maryland Medical System in Baltimore.
As a lifelong learner, Dr. Knight has published numerous research studies in peer-reviewed journals, and he has presented nationally. He previously served as an assistant professor at several medical schools, and he is currently an adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern University.
In addition to a medical degree, Dr. Knight earned a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1999. He has received many academic honors in the veterinary field, including the Clinic Volunteer of the Year Award from the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty of Animals in 2003 and 2007. Dr. Knight is also a veteran of the United States Army, where he was a captain of the Medical Corps. Prior to the Army, Dr. Knight was an Airman First Class of the Missouri National Guard.
Dr. Knight generously participates in community service and has volunteered as a dermatologist with Talofa Medical Mission, where he provided charity medical services for two weeks yearly in Polynesia over a 10-year period. He has also been a weekly volunteer veterinarian for the Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in Lakeland.
He is pleased to offer services that keep pace with modern technology and medical breakthroughs, and he enjoys nothing more than bringing gratitude and joy to his patients.

Dr. Knight is great! He takes his time. I feel like he is not just rushing/going through the motions to get you out the door and onto the next patient, like some other places I have been.

I was Dr. Knight’s patient a few years ago and he was no longer with my insurance so I went to another dermatologist. I can’t tell you how much more I appreciated Dr. Knight and his team. Came for my first time after bringing my husband 3 years ago. Just a routine check up. This Dr is veey very meticulous and not picky on making sure he goes over every important spot that might bring a future concern. My husband did a check on a past concern with another dermatologist and that day this other Dr hardly wanted to verify any new spot. He just check the routine old concern spot and that was all; so then my husband decided this year; although Dr Knight was further distance from our home to come back.. We will be visiting for the follow up test he took from both of us… Amazing staff and great office overall

Was 40 minutes early for my appointment. Saw Dr Knight who did a thorough exam and I was in the car at what should have been my appointment time! The practice is amazing, there is never a long wait. The entire staff is efficient and friendly.
