Eric graduated from Weber State University with a double major Bachelor’s degree in Zoology and Spanish. Between earning those two degrees, Eric attended the University of Utah as a Biology Ph.D. candidate and among other courses, did student teaching in comparative vertebrate morphology and comparative physiology. He simultaneously taught undergraduate anatomy and biology courses at Weber State as adjunct faculty. He loves anything to do with vertebrate anatomy.

Prior to coming to NCDC, Eric worked as a surgical assistant for four years, and as a clinical PA for nearly 8 years in general neurology, particularly loving headache diagnosis and management, including using BOTOX for migraine, and pain management. His hobbies include skiing– water and snow; snowboarding, boating, camping, hiking, riding 4-wheelers, traveling, and Disney-ing.
