Dr. Moreno was born in Bogota, Colombia, South America. He received his undergraduate degree in biology at St. Peter’s College in Jersey City, New Jersey, and completed medical school at State University of New York College of Medicine in Brooklyn, New York City.
He finished his medical training with an internship at New Jersey Medical College in Newark, New Jersey, and a residency at the University of Pittsburgh Department of Dermatology in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Quick and easy. Only pain was the numbness shot and that only lasted a few seconds.
I have been going to Dr. Moreno since 1991. He's a great dermatologist. Very knowledgable and caring. He always explains any procedure he is doing and will answer any questions you might have. The rest of his staff are are wonderful, too.
