My approach is to meet you where you are, in an authentic and compassionate way. I remain challenging yet sincere, open and non-judgmental in an effort to cater to your needs while ensuring a high standard of quality care. With a specialty in marriage and family and organizational counseling. I’m like a primary care physician of mental health care. I treat an array of patients, including kids (ages 5-18), adults, couples, families, groups and organizations.
Together, we will explore the experiences that have molded your personality and the presenting issues that bring you to therapy in the first place, including depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, insecurity, learning disabilities, relationship & family conflict, grief and loss, rejection, perfectionism, feelings of inadequacy, stigma, prejudice, and marginalization within your family, organizations and in society. Our therapeutic rapport will be the instrument for change in your relationships with significant others. The insight you gain from our relationship will sharpen your awareness of your thoughts, feelings & roles you play in relationships with the people you encounter in your every day life.
