Dr. Ifeoma Dunn is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who graduated with her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Michigan-Flint. Dr. Dunn has over ten years of psychiatric mental health experience in inpatient settings, outpatient settings, and correctional facilities. Dr. Dunn currently works in Baltimore serving individuals with substance abuse disorders and mental health challenges. She believes in evidence-based care and patient-centered care. Mobolaji Rosanwo is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She has worked in the mental health field for over ten years, starting as a residential counselor for the developmental disability population and working as a Psychiatric Registered Nurse for over for years. She received her BSN degree from Coppin State University, Master's degree from Walden University. She is current in a DNP program at University of Massachusetts. Before she became a Doctor of Nursing Practice mental health professional, Dr. Dunn worked as a psychiatric nurse with individuals that had various mental health challenges in both hospital settings and correctional facilities.

MIU Center was created by Dr. Munachim Uyanwune in 2021. Dr. Uyanwune fondly known as “Dr. U” was inspired to create this practice in response to all the turbulent events in 2020, particularly the coronavirus pandemic, racial discrimination and the stigma associated with mental health.
