Margaurette Walsh is a Certified Physician Assistant who received her Master's Degree in Health Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science in Boston, Massachusetts in 2007. She worked at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, Massachusettes for several years as a Surgical Physician Assistant specializing in trauma emergency care, surgical oncology, and bariatric procedures assisting in the operating room and managing perioperative patients on the surgical floors. With a background in bariatric surgery, she came to realize that patients needed more than a surgical procedure to change their weight, their health, and their future to decrease their comorbidities and improve their life.
