Jen Tipton, ASW, is an Associate Clinical Social Worker with dual graduate degrees in education and clinical social work. She helps individuals navigate emotional and developmental challenges across the lifespan, with a focus on how stress impacts identity, relationships, and wellbeing. Her approach blends relational, trauma-informed, and strengths-based care to create a safe, empowering space for healing.
Jen specializes in life stage and circumstance transitions—from academic and identity challenges to adulthood shifts, relationship dynamics, grief, and end-of-life care. She has a particular interest in working with OCD, binge eating disorder, addiction, toxic relational patterns, and emotional regulation. Her integrative style incorporates evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, Exposure Therapy, mindfulness, psychoeducation, and somatic awareness.
With extensive experience in dual diagnosis treatment, domestic and intimate partner violence support, and psychoeducational group facilitation, Jen brings both structure and warmth to her work. She has worked with youth, teens, and young adults, along with their parents and caregivers, for over 25 years and welcomes clients across all ages and life stages.
Outside of the office, Jen is a canine behaviorist, animal rescue advocate, and volunteer supporting foster youth. She values creativity, humor, and the healing power of connection.
