Vince served in the Marine Corps both active duty and reserve from 1991-2022 and retired as a CWO-5. He also served in the civilian public safety field for over a decade and he received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with Distinction and Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society, from Penn State University in 2007. His experience in the military and as a first responder showed him the importance of prioritizing mental health, and Vince decided to pursue becoming a mental health provider after leaving active duty.
Vince obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society, Dean’s List honors from Drexel University College of Nursing and Health Professions in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2016. He gained valuable experience and honed his skills as a clinical nurse on inpatient psychiatric units at Penn Medicine from 2016 to 2021.
