Upon completion of medical school, Dr. Olele completed his psychiatry residency and served as Chief Resident in Larkin Community Hospital in Miami, Florida. Dr. Cichowicz graduated medical school maga-cume-laude in 2005. He attended Universidad Central Del Caribe in Puerto Rico, his country of birth.  From there he went on to do his residency in psychiatry at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia from 2005-2009.  After finishing his residency he did a fellowship in geriatric psychiatry also at Albert Einstein Medical Center 2009-2010.  Additionally he obtained a fellowship in psychoanalytic psychotherapy 2007-2008 and graduated from the adult psychodynamic psychotherapy program at the Psychoanalytic Center of Philadelphia 2008-2010.  While at Albert Einstein he has also had extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and supportive psychotherapy. 

After finishing his training Dr. Cichowicz returned to Puerto Rico and began working in private practice in 2010. He was at Santa Cruz Behavioral as an outpatient psychiatrist and at HIMA San Pablo Hospital where he provided inpatient psychiatry consultation to patients on the medical floors.  Then in 2013 Dr. Cichowicz and his family moved to Palm Beach where he started Mindful Behavioral Health.  It was at this time that he started working at Fair Oaks Pavilion, the mental health hospital of Delray Medical Center, as an inpatient psychiatrist and consultant on the hospital ward.  While at Delray Medical Center he became associate professor of psychiatry at Florida Atlantic University school of medicine and since then he has been involved in teaching 3rd year medical students at FAU.  In 2016 he helped pioneer Delray's Medical Center psychiatric emergency room which her ran until the end of 2017 at which point he turned his full efforts to outpatient care at Mindful Behavioral Health.  

Dr. Cichowicz became interested in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) a new and cutting edge treatment for depression.  He  became certified to perform this procedure by attending the Duke University Fellowship in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and through Neurostar University. At present he is on of the most experienced TMS provider in the community.

In 2019 Dr. Cichowicz became a speaker for Spravato (esketamine), a Janssen pharmaceutical product, and he is not only providing this treatment in the office but educating other health care providers on it.

At present Dr. Cichowicz is also involved in clinical research.

Dr. Cichowicz specializes in treating depression and anxiety as well as in the treatment of all mental health issues in the geriatric population.  His experience working in medical and psychiatric hospitals has made him aware of the myriad of interactions between medical issues and mental health.

Dr. Garcia graduated medical school in 2005, she attended Universidad Central Del Caribe in Puerto Rico her country of birth.  From there she went on to do her residency in psychiatry at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia from 2005-2009. During her residency she had the privilege of serving as Chief Resident, she additionally received multiple recognitions for her clinical and administrative work during her residency.  While at Albert Einstein she was also exposed to extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, insight-oriented therapy and supportive psychotherapy.

Following her residency, she worked as a staff psychiatrist in a community mental health clinic in Montgomery County in Pennsylvania.  In 2010 Dr. Garcia returned to Puerto Rico and began working at INSPIRA an PHP/IOP as well as an outpatient practice. Then in 2013 Dr. Garcia and her family moved to Palm Beach where she helped start Mindful Behavioral Health.  As she was helping to establish Mindful Behavioral Health, she also started working for Family Behavioral Center, a PHP/IOP in Delray Beach, as the medical director. Family Behavioral Center was recognized in the community for being one of the few PHP/IOP’s that specialized primarily on mental health issues.  In 2015 she decided to focus all of her effort on her work at Mindful Behavioral Health and since then has been working there as an outpatient psychiatrist and has been instrumental in the continued growth of the practice.

Hernan Pabon, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist at Sunset Neurological & Psychiatry Group in Miami, Florida. He takes a patient-centered approach to care and believes every unique patient ailment has an achievable solution.

After finishing medical school at Universidad Industrial de Santander Escuela de Medicina (UIS) in Bucaramanga, Santander, Colombia, Dr. Pabon relocated to the United States. He completed his pediatric internship at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center, affiliated with Weill Cornell Medical College, in the Bronx, New York.

Dr. Pabon moved to Miami, Florida, to do his psychiatry residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital, a teaching hospital attached to the University of Miami’s Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine. He continued his medical training, completing fellowships in addiction psychiatry and in pain management and anesthesiology at Jackson Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Pabon is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), the American Pain Society (AAPM), and the American Psychiatric Association (APA).
