Because he excelled in his education and training, Dr. Bahri was accepted into a competitive orthopedic surgery fellowship program at the American Sports Medicine Institute in Birmingham Alabama.
During his fellowship, Dr. Bahri was guided by renowned sports medicine expert, James R. Andrews, MD. Dr. El-Bahri went on to become board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He’s also a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.

Dr. Ralph Rizk is a fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeon who treats adults and children.
He specializes in hip and knee reconstruction/replacement, as well as surgical treatment of shoulder, hand, foot & ankle conditions. He also has extensive training in PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) and stem cells.
He completed his fellowship training at the prestigious Drexel University College of Medicine/Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh, PA. During his fellowship, he received extensive training in the most advanced surgical techniques, including robotic hip (anterior approach) and knee replacement – training under the pioneers of robotic surgery – as well as multimodal pain management to decrease patient pain and discomfort after surgery, leading to faster recovery.
Dr. Rizk was raised in Jacksonville, FL. He attended The Bolles School during his elementary and high school years. He graduated at the top of his class at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science.
He pursued his medical degree at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, FL and completed his orthopaedic training at Largo Medical Center-NSU COM in Largo, FL.
