Dr. Ebere Israel Azubuike, MD ("Dr. Izzy"), is a family doctor serving patients of all ages at Mercy Family Clinic in Dallas, Texas. He has about 15 years of experience, and he specializes in primary care and family medicine. 

Dr. Izzy Azubuike graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch School of Medicine in Galveston, Texas, in 2005. He completed his residency at the Methodist Health System Dallas, Texas, in 2008.

After finishing his formal education, Dr. Azubuike started initially as a hospitalist, seeing patients at various hospitals in Dallas area. Dr. Niti Randhawa is a Board Certified in Family Medicine and has been a practicing physician for 20 years. She is a proud native of Plano, Texas where she graduated from Plano Senior High School in 1988. She did her undergraduate training in pre-med at Baylor University in Waco, Texas where she earned a BA in Biology in 1992. She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 1996 where she was classmates with Dr. Chrisette Dharma. She then completed her residency in family medicine in 1999 at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, one of the most prestigious family medicine programs in the state of Texas. 

Dr. Randhawa chose medicine as her lifelong calling at a very early age when it became clear that she had a deep desire to help others, especially those who suffered from illness and disease. Throughout her medical training and career, she developed a deep interest in combining traditional, natural medicine with proven complementary and alternative methods for healing. She continues to study and pursue this exciting side of medicine, because she feels strongly that both sides are necessary for helping patients to achieve optimal health and well-being. After completing her medical training, Dr. Randhawa was honored to work with a well known Complementary and Alternative Medicine physician in North Texas to hone in on this cutting edge aspect of medicine. When Dr. Randhawa is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, her son, and her dog, a 200-pound Great Dane. She enjoys traveling, exercising, playing the piano and has an ongoing quest and thirst for knowledge.

 Sarah Ashitey, MD is board certified in Family Medicine and provides comprehensive care both for the individual and family. She brings a patient-centered personal touch into every encounter and believes that each patient’s unique story is central to the healing process and path to wholeness and wellbeing.

She obtained her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas and completed her residency at the esteemed John Peter Smith Hospital residency program. It is here that she gained the tools needed for broad spectrum family medicine as well as an unparalleled experience in procedural training.

Adolphus has worked in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities and home health care homes. Modesta Onyia is a doctoral-prepared nurse practitioner focused on nursing practice and family medicine. Modesta completed her bachelor’s degree in nursing at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and received a master’s of nursing science degree in Family Nurse practitioner (Cum laude) from Texas Woman’s University in 2013. She completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2018 at Texas Woman’s University in Dallas, Tx. Modesta has worked in different settings including inpatient and outpatient settings. She is a certified CPR instructor and is a Functional medicine graduate at SAFM. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, North Texas nurse practitioners, and the National Association of Nigeria Nurse Practitioners US, among others. Harman P. Kaur, MD is a Board-Certified Physician who practices Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Medical Oncology at Belt Line Medical Clinic for patients in Mesquite, Garland, Forney, Sunnyvale, and the surrounding areas in the DFW Metroplex. Dr. Harman P. Kaur has trained at some of the best training programs in the country. Before coming to the US, she finished medical school at Lady Hardinge Medical College in New Delhi, India where she graduated in the Top 10% of her class. She completed her internship at the Internal Medicine Residency Program in Spokane, Washington (an affiliate of the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, WA) and then her Residency at SUNY-Buffalo Internal Medicine Residency Program in Buffalo, NY. Her Fellowship Training in Oncology was at the nationally - acclaimed Wilmot Cancer Institute in Rochester, NY. This experienced was followed with a Faculty Position at Roswell Park Cancer Center in Buffalo, NY before moving to the Dallas area with her family. She has also co-authored various book chapters in medical textbooks which are used in teaching programs across the country.

Dr. Kaur is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. In her free time, Dr. Kaur enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and volunteering time at the local Sikh Temple where she focuses on her faith, Sikhism.
