Yo tengo al doctor Ricardo Martínez de cabecera , es muy buen doctor , pero hoy 7 de junio del 2022, por la mañana me sentí discriminado , una de las recepcionistas me pidió que usara tapabocas y llege tarde a la cita y me dijo quShow moree iba a esperar como si no tuviera cita, de rato llegó una anglosajona sin tapabocas y nunca le dijo nada la recepcionista, también llegó tarde a su cita y ella no le dijo nada, cómo me lo dijo a mi, que tenia que esperar como si no tuviera cita tampoco le dijo que tenía que usar tapabocas y duro como 10 minutos en espera y la atendieron rápido , la recepcionista es una joven mujer latina morena,, el doctor Ricardo es muy buen doctor pero el no sabe cómo se portan algunas receccijistas, aclarando no todas pero ella se porto mal, hiso excepción con una anglosajona, sera porque es blanca o porque le llevo cafe
First visit. The facility seemed clean and nice. The front desk staff weren’t rude which is a huge huge plus, but they weren’t necessarily friendly either. But as long as they aren’t rude I’m a happy patient. The tech who drew my Show moreblood was very friendly and did a great job. The NP who I saw was kind and had good bedside manner. My main issue was the wait time. It was over an hour before I was seen. If wait times are consistently long then I will probably find a new provider. Overall good experience.

Dr. Martinez was born in Guadalajara, Mexico, and he started his medical studies at the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in Zapopan, Mexico. He then pursued specialized medical training and completed a residency in family medicine at Texas Southern University in Houston. He obtained his Texas Medical Board certification in family practice in 1995.
He takes an integrative approach to care and ensures each patient receives plenty of time during appointments. Dr. Martinez always answers patients’ questions about their condition and educates them on ways to improve their health.
