El servicio es muy bueno de lunes a viernes, pero los sábados dan citas y no respetan el tiempo del paciente, No deberías atender urgencias que vayan a la clínica de urgent care. Pero el viernes fue rápido y puntual

Dr. Martinez was born in Guadalajara, Mexico, and he started his medical studies at the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in Zapopan, Mexico. He then pursued specialized medical training and completed a residency in family medicine at Texas Southern University in Houston. He obtained his Texas Medical Board certification in family practice in 1995.
He takes an integrative approach to care and ensures each patient receives plenty of time during appointments. Dr. Martinez always answers patients’ questions about their condition and educates them on ways to improve their health.

Lamentablemente no puedo calificar bien la consulta con el Dr Ricardo Martinez ya que nunca llegó a la consulta, mi cita era a las 11:00 am, llegué a las 10:20 am hice el registro a tiempo, sin embargo a las 11:10 am le pregunté a la Srta Wendy a qué horas me iban atender, me dijo ya le informo, sin embargo pasaron otros pacientes y yo aún esperando, hasta las 12:00 pm que me pasaron con la enfermera, no recuerdo su nombre la verdad, pero era de nacionalidad cubana y quería hacerme todo muy rápido, de hecho había un formulario que no llene por desconocimiento, ya que es primera vez que uso el seguro acá en este país y ella me dijo deme yo lleno eso debe ser rápido, también tengo que medirle y pesarla, honestamente no me sentí a gusto con el trato, ya que si vas a una consulta médica esperas una atención amable, de ahi me mandaron a pasar a otro consultorio donde pase más de 40 minutos para que llegara un Dra que me hizo unas preguntas de rutina y su evaluación física fue colocarme el estetoscopio en el corazón por encima de la ropa e igualmente en la espalda, me indicó unas pastillas y ya, después llegó la bionalista a tómame la muestra de sangre para los exámenes médicos, ella fue muy amable y tuvo mucha empatía conmigo. Fui a la consulta el día Miércoles 02/03, ese mismo día en la noche voy a la farmacia y resulta que no enviaron mi prescripción médica, llamé el Jueves en la mañana según iban a enviar nuevamente la prescripción y cuando llegó a la farmacia en la tarde nuevamente me dicen que no tenían ninguna prescripción a mi nombre, vuelvo a llamar el viernes en la mañana y la Srta que me atendió me dijo: que no habían enviado mi prescripción que lo iba a hacer en ese momento, fue el hasta el Viernes que lo hicieron, desde mi experiencia muy mal servicio por parte del personal del centro médico. Hasta la fecha no he recibido los resultados de los laboratorios y según ellos los enviaron a la aplicación que tengo del seguro.

I have three years with Dr. Ricardo Martinez and I have done very well.
Dr Chanda did take the time to answer on my fiscal well being. She was not motivated in caring for me since I did t take her personal weight loss program and I was already on the same weight plan with someone else. The other nurse was more helpful than her. I have many health issues that were not addressed due to her lack of iintetest in her patients.

First visit. The facility seemed clean and nice. The front desk staff weren’t rude which is a huge huge plus, but they weren’t necessarily friendly either. But as long as they aren’t rude I’m a happy patient. The tech who drew my blood was very friendly and did a great job. The NP who I saw was kind and had good bedside manner. My main issue was the wait time. It was over an hour before I was seen. If wait times are consistently long then I will probably find a new provider. Overall good experience.
