My experience was great
Dr Jaiswal is pleasant to visit with; she explains well questions addressed to her. And most importantly, she doesn’t rush your doctor’s visit.
A graduate of UT San Antonio, “Dr. J” (as she is known to her patients) joined us in 2004. Dr. Jaiswal heads our care coordination and outreach program that ensures the highest quality of care and customer service. She gets much joy in caring for those who are in need, and is known for her loving and compassionate bedside manners, especially when caring for the elderly. Her clinical emphasis is on managing hypertension and heart disease. Outside of work Dr Jaiswal enjoys spending time with family and friends.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. The majority of the staff are consistently rude, despite me always treating them with kindness and respect. I kept returning solely because of my doctor, Dr. Ashitey, who I love. However, since she was booked until May, I had to see Dr. Jaiswal. After waiting an hour and a half, she dismissed my concerns as a mental issue rather than addressing them professionally. As a Black woman, this kind of dismissal in medical settings is unfortunately all too familiar. When I pointed out that she had filled out my paperwork incorrectly, she denied it and sent nurses in to further dismiss me. One nurse was particularly unprofessional — redirecting the conversation to her own issues instead of addressing my concerns. I will not be returning to this office. It’s a shame, because one great doctor shouldn’t be surrounded by this level of unprofessionalism.
Dr. Jaiswal is an exceptional doctor who stands out as the best we could ever have. We are incredibly fortunate to have such a talented, informative, and caring physician in our family. Her dedication to patient care is evident, and we truly appreciate her commitment. It’s clear that patient well-being is her top priority, and we learn a lot from her approach.

I am suppose to have tests done. I've reached out to the image department and was told they didn't get orders from Doctors office and they can't help me without the orders. I called them twice. I need help.

Please add more stars because 5 does not suffice to depict the extraordinary experience I had with Tiffany! She is not only knowledgeable, professional, experienced, receptive, and polished, but her bedside manner should be replicated and taught. The entire experience from the clean modern aesthetic of the office to the quick and kind intake process to the utilization & explanation of technology was truly top tier. Not only would I recommend but have recommended this practice.
