Dr Skinner, a life long resident of North Texas, graduated with honors from Abilene Christian University, with a bachelor’s degree in biology. He then attended the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas where he received his Doctor of Medicine degree. Following medical school, he completed a residency in Family Medicine from Texas Tech Health Science Center in Lubbock. Dr. Tâm Cung's home has always been the DFW area since he was 4-years-old, when his parents immigrated to America as political refugees to escape communist Vietnam.
