Dr. Alexandra Pipes, PT, DPT, OCS, SCS, received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of Southern California. She is a board-certified clinical specialist in both orthopedics (OCS) and sports rehabilitation (SCS). After completing her Doctorate, Alex completed a one year orthopedic residency program at the USC where she worked closely with surgeons at Keck school of medicine and taught in the USC Doctor of Physical Therapy program. After moving back to Seattle she completed a one year sports fellowship, working with athletes of all ages. She was the program coordinator for the orthopedic residency program and mentored both orthopedic and sports residents. She joined the University of Washington Sports Medicine Center at Husky Stadium in 2017, where she worked extensively with the UW community, as well as high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. In her spare time, Alex enjoys playing soccer, hiking and enjoying time outdoors with her husband and kids.
Dr. Lee Hanses, DPT graduated from the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at the University of St. Augustine in Austin, TX. During her time in school, she took multiple advanced manual therapy courses which focused on treatment of the cervical spine, thoracic spine and rib cage, lumbo-pelvic-hip complex, and uncommon interventions for unique upper and lower extremity conditions. For optimally effective treatment, Lee likes to use a global approach to each patient's problem. After gathering a thorough history and identifying functional limitations, she applies her knowledge of the kinetic chain to treat not only the specific area of interest but also regions above and below it for proper biomechanics and decreased chance of re-injury.
Dr. Philip Secondez, PT, DPT, CSCS was born and raised in San Francisco, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from San Francisco State University before moving to Long Island, NY, where he obtained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from New York Institute of Technology. Alongside his practice as a Physical Therapist, Philip works as a part-time Powerlifting Coach, overseeing several competitive lifters throughout the U.S. Aside from his experience in treating a multitude of orthopedic conditions, Philip specializes in programming, work-load management, and periodization for the barbell athlete. As a Coach and PT he brings a unique and holistic perspective to his practice, focusing on strength training, movement optimization, and injury prevention to help his patients reach their full potential.
Dr. Rosa Franklin PT, DPT, CSCS is a graduate of NYU’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program who focuses her energy on implementing thoughtful, practical, and innovative strategies that serve as a model to treat patients as the unique individuals they are.
Rosa utilizes a multidisciplinary approach that is grounded in the science of movement, strength training, and manual therapy techniques to effectively work with the person in front of her.
She comes from a diverse background that has allowed her to use her strength and conditioning certification with young and aging athletes. Rosa thrives with in-person sessions but also excels online which has afforded her the opportunity to help people reach their goals along both coasts of the USA and internationally in France and England.

Dr. Melissa Garcia, PT, DPT, CSCS earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Washington. Her passion for medicine, movement, and helping others led her to the field of physical therapy. With a background in public health and health promotion at UW, Melissa is a strong believer in community health, injury prevention, multidisciplinary and personalized care. She works with patients of all ages from high level athletes to those with chronic pain and enjoys forming comprehensive and function-based treatment plans to help them achieve their goals. She utilizes treatment techniques such as advanced manual therapy, biomechanical assessment, and movement systems framework to effectively target the root cause of an issue versus the “quick fix”. Outside of the clinic Melissa enjoys running, biking, playing tennis, and watching the Bachelor.

Dr. Phillip Higgins, PT, DPT, SCS, received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from New York University. He is a board-certified clinical specialist in sports rehabilitation (SCS). After completing his Doctorate, Phillip worked at a private sports rehabilitation clinic in New York City. He then joined the University of Washington Sports Medicine Center at Husky Stadium in 2014, where he worked extensively with the UW community, as well as high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. Phillip has experience working with Olympic Hopefuls, as well as professional players from the NHL, MLB, NBA, NFL, and NWSL. He is also a certified Titleist Performance Institute Level 3 Medical Professional; by understanding how the human body functions relative to an individual’s golf swing, Phillip is able to diagnose and rehabilitate golfers of all abilities.
