Daphne Jones-Black, FNP-BC, is a board-certified and highly accomplished family nurse practitioner, certified case manager, and certified occupational hearing conservationist. Daphne leads the expert team at Heart of Hope Housecalls, a patient-centered practice specializing in telehealth and house calls around the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex region of Texas.

Daphne’s educational journey began at Concorde Career Institute-Arlington, where she completed a vocational nursing program that laid the groundwork for her career. She further honed her nursing skills at Excelsior University in Albany, New York, earning an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Registered Nursing in 2011.

Driven by a passion for nursing and a commitment to excellence, Daphne continued her education at Chamberlain University in Downers Grove, Illinois, where she achieved a bachelor’s degree as a registered nurse in 2014.

Lewis Nyantika, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Practice Nurse Practitioner and Primary Care Practitioner at Primecare Family Practice in Arlington, Texas. Mr. Nyantika, who also goes by “Lewis,” prides himself in providing high-quality, compassionate, and individualized care that is both accessible and affordable.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Texas Tech University (TTU) in Lubbock, Texas. Next, he achieved a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA).

Maryline Ongangi, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Primary Care Practitioner at the private medical practice Primecare Family Practice in Arlington, Texas. Michael V. Tran, DPM, is a board-certified podiatrist and certified wound care specialist in Arlington and Dallas, Texas. With 20 years of experience, Dr. Tran serves the Dallas-Ft. I am a board-certified Nurse practitioner with years of experience in family medicine that began as a registered nurse and nurse supervisor in a rehabilitation hospital. I hold a ADN from Calhoun Community College Tanner, AL and a BSN from Chamberlain University. I also graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. As a committed primary Care provider with great analytical skills, I provide patient centered care across the life span from initial patient assessment, patient wellness visits, pre and post cosmetic surgical clearance through annual physicals to Compensation and Pension (C & P) Veteran Affairs disability evaluation. I am committed and dedicated to the care of my patients by collaborating with patients to evaluate, perform diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans for chronic illnesses. I am accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

I graduated as a doctor in Cuba at the University of Havana in 1986.I have been working since that date without interruption. In 2007 I arrived in this wonderful country. I got ARNP in 2018. and I'm working as a FNP since that date.

A Texas native, Dr. McCurley earned his undergraduate degree from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, and completed his medical degree at UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. He went on to complete his Family Medicine residency at St. Paul Hospital in Dallas, and has remained in the DFW area since 1988, faithfully serving generations of patients.

Dr. McCurley provides comprehensive primary care for adults and families, with extensive experience in managing chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and other common medical conditions, as well as acute illnesses and preventive care. Tolulope Olabintan, MD, DipABLM, FAAFP, DABoM or “Dr. O“ as she is fondly called by her patients, leads the medical team at Livingspring Family Medical Center, a primary care center located in Mansfield, Texas. She is a Board-Certified Family Physician, a board-certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She also completed a Women’s Health Fellowship and is a certified HIV specialist by the American Academy of HIV Medicine. She has over 18 years of medical experience.Dr. Olabintan is a life-enthusiast, a Christian, wife, and mom who enjoys good cuisine and can’t get enough of the colors teal and orange. She is a blogger, foodie, YouTuber, mentor, speaker and health advocate.

Sunil Modi, MD of Express Family Clinic is board-certified in both family medicine and geriatrics, which means he’s with you every step of the way as you journey through life.
