They saw me as a walk-in...sort of, because I made an appointment an hour in advance. I didn't wait long at all. All of questions were answered with competent knowledge and genuine caring by the NP named Amanda. Most of all, she hShow moreelped alleviated much stress (which makes my condition worse) by saving me $180 out of pocket for recommending to me a pharmacy discount program to use for all of my shingles prescriptions that I could not afford. I'd touched out the 1st 3 days of blistering and migraines with absolutely no medicine b/c my work insurance program makes you pay up front and you have to file a reimbursement claim to get half the money back. Instead of $220 for my shingles med, steroid, and tylenol, I paid only $40 for all 3 at Krogers. In just a few hours of taking my first does I'm starting to feel better. Thank you Amanda! The front office staff and rooming clinical staff were really nice as well. Oh! And I only had to pay $45 for the office visit where another urgent CARE place was quoting charging me $70 to 80. My employer only offers limited flat rate benefits but every bit of affordability I can get helps! I think this will be my new go-to on the regular. I think I'll be doing preventative visits monthly or bi-monthly just to ensure that I'm staying on top of my health from now on and this place gives me good vibes.
I was admitted quickly - about 30 minute wait for room. Caretakers were very kind and attentive, however I made some observations I thought were strange: Upon admittance I had 102.7 temp, and was told I was COVID suspect and woulShow mored not be able to have anyone with me. Understood. There was no segregated area of waiting room for COVID suspect people, nor did anyone move in to wipe down the area I had occupied prior to being taken to room. In room - there were 2 different male attendants who were very lack with their masks - One who kept it below his nose each time he was in my room, the other, who pulled hos off completely while in my room and left it off while talking with other attendant, until he left my room. The Drs and technicians were all great. I was released about 2.5 hours after my check-in, testing and treatment. Also I was considered COVID suspect, I was not tested for it. A little strange too, since there is such an emphasis on more testing needed, and this was an opportunity for just that.

Excellent staff
ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!! Made my appointment online, showed up at appointment on time, checked in, had vitals taken, visited with a very kind nurse practitioner, received prescription information and was back in my car within 35MINUTES !! This office is the ONLY medical facility I go to and have for over 15 years now !!
Dr. Fisher was very thorough. This is the second time he has been on call when I needed to be seen. I highly recommend him!!

I was able to get my child’s physical completed. I would’ve preferred the physician took more hygiene care when entering the room. Hand sanitizer or even hand washing would’ve been great given the current cold, flu, allergy season.
Great experience, I was feeling awful. They were able to get me in and out under 1hour. This included testing.

I use Dr. Fisher as my Primary Doc. The staff is always very friendly and respectful. The only reason I put 4 stars is because the wait time is always long, even if you made an appointment. Usually an hour wait time before being placed in a room. I understand partially due to this place being an urgent care as well as a family practice.

On Jan 29, 2024 I came in with a grade 3 FLU. I was given Xoflumax and it worked. However, I had spread my illness to my family and in turn, I got sick all over again with strep. The care Team @ Mansfield Urgent care treated me like a king and this time provided me with Azithromycin and that too cleared me up. I am very thankful for their professionalism and care. Glad my wife and I choose to use them. They are great!

Dr. Fisher and his staff have what it takes to make you feel important no matter how long you may have to wait. The best was to go online and book an appt. and you don’t have to wait long. They never seemed to be rushed when they stepped into the exam room. Great care!!
