Dr. Ebere Israel Azubuike, MD ("Dr. Izzy"), is a family doctor serving patients of all ages at Mercy Family Clinic in Dallas, Texas. He has about 15 years of experience, and he specializes in primary care and family medicine. 

Dr. Izzy Azubuike graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch School of Medicine in Galveston, Texas, in 2005. He completed his residency at the Methodist Health System Dallas, Texas, in 2008.

After finishing his formal education, Dr. Azubuike started initially as a hospitalist, seeing patients at various hospitals in Dallas area. During this period he realized that most of his hospital patients do not have a primary care doctor. For this reason, he opened his private practice, Mercy Family Clinic, (M.F.C.) in 2010. His main purpose was to start early preventive care with holistic approach to treatment, hence decreasing the need for these patients to go back to the hospital. Dr. Niti Randhawa is a Board Certified in Family Medicine and has been a practicing physician for 20 years. She is a proud native of Plano, Texas where she graduated from Plano Senior High School in 1988. She did her undergraduate training in pre-med at Baylor University in Waco, Texas where she earned a BA in Biology in 1992. She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 1996 where she was classmates with Dr. Chrisette Dharma. She then completed her residency in family medicine in 1999 at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, one of the most prestigious family medicine programs in the state of Texas. 

Dr. Randhawa chose medicine as her lifelong calling at a very early age when it became clear that she had a deep desire to help others, especially those who suffered from illness and disease. Throughout her medical training and career, she developed a deep interest in combining traditional, natural medicine with proven complementary and alternative methods for healing. She continues to study and pursue this exciting side of medicine, because she feels strongly that both sides are necessary for helping patients to achieve optimal health and well-being. After completing her medical training, Dr. Randhawa was honored to work with a well known Complementary and Alternative Medicine physician in North Texas to hone in on this cutting edge aspect of medicine. Dr. Randhawa brings her insight and training to Southwest Family Medicine Associates so we can continue to offer our patients the most advanced medicine. 

When Dr. Randhawa is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, her son, and her dog, a 200-pound Great Dane. She enjoys traveling, exercising, playing the piano and has an ongoing quest and thirst for knowledge.

Bryan Weddle, DC, is chiropractor who has been helping people heal from musculoskeletal injuries for over 21 years. Dr. Weddle specializes in the active release technique at Liberty HealthCare, with offices in Grapevine, Mesquite, and Plano, Texas. 

Dr. Weddle received his doctorate in chiropractic at Parker University in 1995. He is certified in the active release technique, which uses non-invasive methods to treat soft tissue and overuse injuries. While Dr. Weddle utilizes several different methods to ease pain, he is especially skilled in performing spinal manipulation under anesthesia.

Janet has been working in the healthcare industry since 1973. She received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from Texas Woman’s University. After graduating, she went on to teach nursing at Texas Christian University. She then completed her nurse practitioner program at The University of Texas at Arlington.

Dr. Linh Ba Nguyen is a highly regarded internist, with a specialization in Sleep Medicine, practicing in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area. He and his wife Dr. Thuy Ngoc Nguyen treat their patients from the warm and comfortable Prima Health Clinic in Garland, TX.

Dr. Linh Ba Nguyen grew up in Houston and later attended the University of Dallas at Irving where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry. He then went to the UT San Antonio Medical School and completed his internship in Internal Medicine. Dr. Nguyen transferred to the UTMB to complete his residency in Internal Medicine. He then joined the Prima Health Clinic in 1993. Dr. Nguyen is also board certified in Sleep Medicine, which he obtained in 2010.

Dr. Linh Ba Nguyen spends his spare time with the three daughters he has with his wife and is an avid runner. He has even run in marathons and a few triathlons.

Dr. Nguyen then joined her husband, Dr. Linh Ba Nguyen, and father at the Prima Health Clinic in 1996.  She is devoted to early detection and determining the root cause of illnesses through functional testing. She also provides lifestyle and nutritional therapy. She is currently undergoing a Fellowship in Anti-Aging, Regenerative, and Functional Medicine.

When not practicing medicine and caring for patients, Dr. Thuy Ngoc Nguyen spends time with her three daughters.
