Dr. Jaxel Lopez-Sepulveda is a board-certified family medicine physician serving men, women, and children at Clinica tu Salud in Irving, Texas. Dr. Lopez-Sepulveda is dedicated to providing his patients with compassionate, affordable, and individualized care. He founded Clinica tu Salud in 2017.

Dr. Lopez-Sepulveda was born in Puerto Rico and grew up interested in medicine and helping others. He looked up to his father, Dr. Angel Luis López Ruiz, a well-established surgeon in Puerto Rico.

TRT through Men's T Clinic is individualized, and a treatment plan is typically established after two initial visits. Men's T Clinic offers multiple treatment options to serve the need of the patient based upon medical history, life stage, and more. Mike grew up in several states and Germany. He received his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Nebraska University through the Interservice Physician Assistant Program while serving in the US Army. He later was selected and earned his Doctorate of Science in Clinical Orthopedics through Baylor University/US Army Physician Assistant Orthopedic Fellowship.

Mike is a retired US Army Major with multiple combat deployments and an extensive background in Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, Flight Surgery, and Orthopedics both non-operative and operative. His final assignment included Cast clinic chief, Adjunct faculty member to US Army Graduate School Academy Health Sciences, and senior Orthopedic Physician Assistant for Darnall Army Medical Center/Fort Hood, Texas. He is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Mike currently lives in Celina. He enjoys sports, hunting, fishing, and carpentry/building.

Risha Kopel, MD is a board certified provider in Internal Medicine. She graduated from Brown Medical School and did her residency at Harvard’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. She has done research in cardiology and obesity treatment.
