Anthonia Emezie, MD, is a board-certified Pediatrician and a fellow of the American Board of Pediatricians serving the children of Matthews, North Carolina, at Covenant Pediatrics, PA. She is also a Clinical Associate Professor, training PA and NP students in Pediatrics. Dr. Emezie completed her medical school training in Nigeria and was a General Practitioner before relocating to the United States.
Dr. Emezie completed her Residency at Howard University. She brings a wealth of 24 years of experience and knowledge to Covenant Pediatrics. Dr. Lubega earned her medical degree from Makerere University Medical School in Kampala, Uganda. She finished her pediatrics residency at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center in Bronx, New York, before going into private practice in Newton, Kansas. Relocating to North Carolina in 2002, Dr. Lubega opened First Pediatric Care Center in January 2004.
