He subsequently completed a residency in pediatrics at Emory University in Atlanta.

He subsequently completed a fellowship in infectious diseases at Emory University in Atlanta.

Dr. Wilkiemeyer grew up in Jacksonville, Florida, and began her professional education in Virginia, where she earned her undergraduate degree. After obtaining her diploma, Dr. Wilkiemeyer moved to New Orleans and enrolled at the Tulane University School of Medicine, where she obtained her Doctor of Medicine. Following graduation, Dr. Wilkiemeyer completed a residency in pediatrics at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.
Dr. Wilkiemeyer is board certified in pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. In addition to diagnosing and treating common pediatric conditions, she specializes in parent education and helping her young patients make healthy choices.
