I made an appt for my son first with the doctor. Once there, I was told the dr was not there but I would see the PA. I complained and was told I could come back later in the day if seeing the dr was important. I saw the PA. She was nice and did a complete checkup. They did not have a problem with my choice to decline vaxing my child any further. Second appt with daughter - the nurse took us into a room with a very dirty floor. I complained and we switched rooms. Saw the PA again by choice.
She carefully checked all of my daughter's symptoms, provided professional suggestions, and answered all the concerns we had with patience.
Dr. Hoang is awsome. She is professional and beyond best. She is very patient listening to our needs carefully and was able to answer all questions I had. I would give 10 stars.
