I absolutely love Dr. Sam's and everybody in the office but I've never had a doctor use a third party company for prescriptions, and it is a pain in the butt. And the tebra account that they use is useless.I can't evenShow more get into it,it keeps telling me my password is wrong and there's no way to reset it

Best information for my daughter and I on her stomach issues. Dr. Sam’s was very informative and was very encouraging.

Dr. Sams was great but wait times are definitely an area of improvement. I appreciate her personalized care and I understand that delays are to be expected but waiting an hour plus during a morning appointment was a bit shocking. However, she was worth the wait and hopefully wait times improve.

Everything was perfect. The doctor explains everything to me and my husband about our daughter. I really appreciate it everything the time she takes with us. We really love this doctor.

Dr Sams just did a endoscopy/colonscopy on my 12 yr old daughter who has epilepsy, autism,adhd, & anxiety issues. She walked her through everything step by step in the office b4 procedure day. The day of the procedure she came in before the procedure and talked to my daughter and distracted her while they were putting in the IV. She really took the time to make my daughter feel comfortable, not many doctors would invest that much energy and time into their patients, but she did. She's the best.
We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Derica Sams, who is truly an exceptional physician. She is fast, caring, personable, and incredibly attentive to both the child and the parent. After an ongoing issue , Dr. Sams was able to immediately understand and address our concerns. Her knowledge and calm, patient approach gave us the reassurance we needed. Thanks to her quick action and the support of her amazing staff, my child is already feeling so much better. I highly recommend Dr. Sams!
A transparent website and our meet and greet were phenomenal. After meeting Dr. Sams, who listened carefully and asked insightful questions, we confirmed that we were in the right place. Her thoughtful and detailed care plan made me feel heard for the first time in seven years. She clearly explained the necessary steps and the digestive system, setting realistic expectations for a care plan to help our daughter improve in six months.
