Following graduation, Dr. Idiculla completed a rigorous three-year surgical training program at the Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh and Alliance Community Hospital in Alliance, Ohio, where he served as chief resident.
As a board-certified podiatrist by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and a Fellow in the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, Dr. Idiculla possesses extensive training in innovative treatments for both common and complex pathologies affecting the feet and ankles. Additionally, he holds the role of Vice President of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and actively participates in committees with the American Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Idiculla performs surgical procedures at Inova Fairfax Hospital and serves as the Chief of Podiatry Surgery at Reston Hospital.

Dr. Elmarsafi completed his medical school training at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 2016. After completing his residency training at MedStar Washington Hospital Center, a Level 1 trauma center, he went on to complete his fellowship at Georgetown University Hospital, which afforded him the title of Assistant Professor at the Georgetown School of Medicine Department of Plastic Surgery.
