Dr. Monica Ramirez is a Dallas native who has just completed her residency at UT Health San Antonio. She is excited to be back in Dallas and thrilled to be joining Southwest Family Medicine Associates.
Dr. Ramirez pursued Family Medicine as it allows her to form trusting and long-lasting relationships with patients and their family members. She is a strong believer of the “whole person” approach which is at the heart of family medicine and an advocate of education and preventive medicine.

This was literally one of the best experiences Ive ever had with an appointment. Not only was the staff and environment friendly and attentive the concern showed to me as a first time patient was gratifying. Dr Ramirez is an excellent doctor who listens and understands how to work with patients to address their health needs. The office was efficient and very respectful of people's time and only concerned with how to make the experience easier for patients. Words cant describe how much I appreciated finally finding a partner in achieving a more healthy life. Couldn't recommend this Dr and office more than this review.
