My doctor takes time for me when I was there yesterday the 13th of Dec. I was having problems with the pharmacist. And doctor set the pharmacists strait. Because at Kroger on Custer road gets messy and staff is rude there and dr.Show moremonica ramirez takes care of the issues. Most doctors don't care and make us do it then it turns out just horrible. Plus I was so scared I had a prescription drug problem she helped me Stat away from that stuff. She didn't judge me or look sown on me. She is the only support that I have. Because my family are loosers and haters and never there. Doctor has been there 110% plus for me and helps with my co payments because im homeless and very limited on my funds. I love her so much and would recommend her to anyone. I just don't want to sometimes because she is so great to me. Lol. But everybody and everyone deserves a 2nd or even a 3rd chance. She doesn't judge. And she doesn't make you take all un necessary tests either just so they can get money. If she feels that you need it just do it because she is always right. I love her to death. Her schedule is very hard to get in but worth it
Dr Ramirez is one of the greatest Doctors I was recommended by a Doctor in San Antonio she listens and is open to hear my thoughts on my illness as well. She is a great GP, very knowledgeable and is willing to hear about new reseShow morearch not to dismiss and after she looks into our next visit she will give me her opinion. I only come to the practice for her your office policies sink shows you’re not there to care for the patients it’s just for the money. I never mind paying you my part but to text me before my visit 2 different times explaining you fees is not needed. Your requirements to be seen before a refill even though it can be either doing a tele a visit or in office for Maintance meds is not a normal practice. I could understand a new illness which would be the normal but to be seen monthly when I already see a rheumatologist, endocrinologist, hematologist, and go to an infusion center every 6weeks and work 40hrs a week to pay for health insurance

I absolutely love Dr. Ramirez! She has helped me through a rough bout of vestibular migraine and PPPD. She is knowledgeable and shows true care and concern not just for me physically but mentally and emotionally as well. She allows patients to talk freely and ask many questions. She is very thorough in her explanations of conditions and treatments. Her excellent bedside manner is unmatched by any other doctor I have had. I am so thankful for her!
