Tolulope Olabintan, MD, DipABLM, FAAFP, or “Dr. O” as she is fondly called by her patients, leads the team at Livingspring Family Medical Center, a primary care center located in Mansfield, Texas. She is a Board-Certified Family Physician, a board-certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She also completed a Women’s Health Fellowship and is a certified HIV specialist by the American Academy of HIV Medicine. She has over 13 years of medical experience.

Dr. Olabintan is a life-enthusiast, a Christian, wife, and mom who enjoys good cuisine and can’t get enough of the colors teal and orange. 

She opened Livingspring Family Medical Center to fulfill her vision of creating a center where sincere care meets wholesome care. “Livingspring” was inspired by the Holy Bible describing God as “The Source of Living Waters” and the ultimate source of true healing. Regina Nicholson, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology. At their offices in Mansfield, Regina has been a team member since 2021. 

Raised in Colleyville, Texas, Regina graduated from Colleyville Heritage High School. She then received her Bachelor of Science degree at Clarion University in Clarion, Pennsylvania, graduating summa cum laude. Regina majored in biology and secondary education.

Regina later graduated with an associate’s degree in medical assisting from Butler County Community College in Butler, Pennsylvania, in 2016 and began her career in Dermatology. In 2018, Regina received a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Rutgers University in New Jersey. She worked at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Dermatology Clinic treating patients, as a study coordinator for psoriasis studies, and preceptor for Physician Assistant students. She is currently a member of the Texas Association of Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants, and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Regina is excited to join the Heights Dermatology team. She practices medical dermatology and performs skin cancer surgeries and other skin procedures. Regina enjoys spending time with her family, playing board games, knitting, traveling, and reading science fiction in her free time.

Michelle Holcomb is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated from Texas Woman’s University in 2006. An RN since 1993, she has years of experience as a registered nurse in emergency, adult intensive care and neonatal nursing. Michelle likes seeing patients of all ages and likes meeting the healthcare needs of families. She enjoys developing relationships with patients that motivate them to set and reach personal goals for their health. As a nurse practitioner she has experience in pediatric and adult health care. Michelle’s hobbies include ice hockey, photography, cycling, camping, scouting, and spending time with her husband, 5 children and 4 grandchildren.

Keith Kirbow, NP, is a dedicated nurse practitioner (NP) at New Genesis Vitality in McKinney, Texas. He specializes in health and wellness for both physical and mental health and is committed to empowering individuals to achieve optimal well-being through holistic care and lifestyle interventions.

Keith discovered his passion for healthcare at a young age, inspired by his mother’s compassionate nursing care during a long career in healthcare. Raised in a tight-knit family in East Texas, he was drawn to the healing arts and determined to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

As a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, Keith has spent over five years providing compassionate care to individuals of all ages and backgrounds. His experience as a nurse practitioner is combined with over 20 years of extensive work in nursing. Keith specializes in mental and physical health wellness and care, guiding patients on their journey toward optimal health and vitality.

Keith is a strong advocate for a holistic approach to healthcare, emphasizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit in achieving wellness. Micah Madden practices functional medicine at MyFitMed in Heath. She specializes in optimizing her patients' vitamins, hormones, and weight loss. Micah customizes each patient's treatment plan, focusing on their overall well-being.

Micah received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from West Virginia University in 2013. She spent four years working in the Neonatal ICU at WVU Medicine. Micah earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree in 2017 from the University of Cincinnati and is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Aside from her experience in functional and family medicine, Micah has extensive experience in weight loss.

Before pursuing her Nurse Practitioner career, she traveled the country for several years with her husband in a fifth wheel. When she's not working, Micah is usually chasing around her two young daughters. She enjoys exercising, being outdoors, and traveling with her family.

My name is Sade Briscoe, MSN, APRN, FNP-C. I have been a nurse for 8 years, most recently obtaining my Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University in 2021. I have worked in telemetry, medical-surgical, and skilled nursing settings. I am an active member of American Association of Nurse Practitioner’s (AANP). My passion for health and wellness is what has led to my purpose of caring for patients. Julia Minigutti is a board-certified Physician Assistant. She received her graduate PA degree from the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at San Antonio, following her completion of clinical rounds in various medical specialties all over Texas. Julia has worked closely with and for our office for years, dating back to before completing her undergraduate B.S degree in Liberal Studies, Biology, Communication Sciences, and Kinesiology from the University of Houston. Dr. Khalida Yasmin leads the medical staff at Premier Wellness Clinics. She brings her years of medical experience to the Little Elm – Frisco communities to provide quality medical services. As an experienced board-certified physician in family medicine, she has the experience and expertise to properly manage and treat both acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages. Dr. Yasmin is currently seeing new patients.
