Had a great and appreciated visit with Dr Phipps this week- I am 75 years old and fixing to undergo a spine surgery and he took the time to answer all my questions, fears and concerns. I had really been down regarding the surgerShow morey, he really talked with me and explained all of my concerns and more. I just can not say enough on how he lifted my spirits up in that visit . I love Dr Phipps. He takes his time with me and answers all my questions. He doesn’t make me feel rushed. He is also very thorough, documenting everything. All of his staff are very kind and friendly. The only thing I have a problShow moreem with is the wait. I had a 10:00 appointment and didn’t get out until 2:30. My time is important to me too, but the care Dr Phipps gives is worth the wait. I just wish they would manage their time better and be a little more considerate of my time too. ❤️

Wonderful first visit. The Dr. spent the time to get acquainted with each other and go over my medical history in detail. I would recommend him highly.
I've always appreciated the 'down to earth' visits with Dr. Phipps. He's been my primary for many years, my two boys (now men) included. My only gripe is that I had to demand to see him this time around just because I've not seen him in years, always the nurse practitioners. Don't get me wrong, I like them also, but at least for my yearly physical, I'd like the old man himself to give me the thumbs up.

My experience with Dr. Phipps and staff has always been a positive one. Scheduling visits has usually been a smooth process, and upon arrival the waiting time is usually minimal. I usually have an outline of why I am there, including questions to ask Dr. Phipps and nurses. Thus, I feel we have good communication and work together to solve any problems I have, or properly obtain the test results needed. Good atmosphere and courteous all-around staff while checking in and checking out.
Dr Phipps and Shelly truly care about their patients. I never feel rushed, my questions are answered and I’m getting top notch care. Shout out to Tasha and Matt who are an asset to the team..

My husband and I have been a patient of Dr Phipps for 5 years. So glad to have found him. Can’t recommend his office enough. He and his staff are everything you want in a physician/patient relationship. He takes his time, has thoughtful recommendations for health care solutions. He’s very knowledgeable and personable. Doesn’t feel like a consultant has mandated how his practice is run. That is golden. Never a long wait.

Dr Phipps is very knowledgeable across a variety of ailments, eg lumbar nerve pain, osteoporosis treatments, thyroid disease, etc. He spends the time necessary to listen carefully and then diagnose. Very glad to be under the care of Dr Phipps.
