Dr Phipps and his team are exceptional. The front desk staff address me by my first name and are very friendly. The Dr assistant was very thorough today. She also made me feel cared about. Dr Phipps listens, ask questions and Show moremakes recommendations best for me. He and the ursing staff explain exactly what they are doing and put me at ease. Dr Phipps is the best doctor! I can't say enough great things about his warming personality, his knowledge and wisdom. He's the best!
My wife and I have been with Dr. Phipps and his entourage for over 15 years and have never once regretted it. His staff and him are very courteous and friendly. They take their time, with you and listen rather than running you oShow moreut the door, for the next patient. Course the door swings both ways and may have to wait a bit longer because of a patient before you but it is well worth it!

dr phipps listens and then responds. i set an appointment in order to discuss several issues regarding my care. he dealt with each one and then advised accordingly. not all drs take the time to do this. dr phipps does.
