Visiting Dr Phipps is like visiting an old and trusted friend. He spends as much time with us as we need. His knowledge is quite impressive and his explanation is through and at a level that understandable by a lay person.

Dr. Phipps and his staff are exceptional. They're courteous, respectful, empathetic and professional. They listen to your needs and do all they can to help you. Dr. Phipps takes the time needed to evaluate your symptoms to diagnose and treat you. He makes sure you understand the diagnosis and the treatment plan. He's been my PCP for almost 20 years.
