Had a great and appreciated visit with Dr Phipps this week- I am 75 years old and fixing to undergo a spine surgery and he took the time to answer all my questions, fears and concerns. I had really been down regarding the surgerShow morey, he really talked with me and explained all of my concerns and more. I just can not say enough on how he lifted my spirits up in that visit . My experience with Dr. Phipps and staff has always been a positive one. Scheduling visits has usually been a smooth process, and upon arrival the waiting time is usually minimal. I usually have an outline of why I am there, includShow moreing questions to ask Dr. Phipps and nurses. Thus, I feel we have good communication and work together to solve any problems I have, or properly obtain the test results needed. Good atmosphere and courteous all-around staff while checking in and checking out.

As a new patient, my first appointment with Dr. Phipps was excellent. He answered all of my questions and fully explained reasons for changing one of my medications. Everyone on the staff is very friendly and accommodating.
