Had a great and appreciated visit with Dr Phipps this week- I am 75 years old and fixing to undergo a spine surgery and he took the time to answer all my questions, fears and concerns. I had really been down regarding the surgerShow morey, he really talked with me and explained all of my concerns and more. I just can not say enough on how he lifted my spirits up in that visit . My experience with Dr. Phipps and staff has always been a positive one. Scheduling visits has usually been a smooth process, and upon arrival the waiting time is usually minimal. I usually have an outline of why I am there, includShow moreing questions to ask Dr. Phipps and nurses. Thus, I feel we have good communication and work together to solve any problems I have, or properly obtain the test results needed. Good atmosphere and courteous all-around staff while checking in and checking out.

The Phipps Family Practice has been a beacon to my family since 2001 when Dr. Phipps was located in Flower Mound. I can't say enough about my confidence in their attention to our conditions and the prescribing of treatments. You won't be disappointed.
As a new patient, my first appointment with Dr. Phipps was excellent. He answered all of my questions and fully explained reasons for changing one of my medications. Everyone on the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Dr. Phipps is incredibly knowledgeable! But in addition to that he is so empathetic! He never appears rushed. And I know today I kept him longer than normal. But he was patient & kind! Highly recommend him & his staff!

Wonderful first visit. The Dr. spent the time to get acquainted with each other and go over my medical history in detail. I would recommend him highly.
I've always appreciated the 'down to earth' visits with Dr. Phipps. He's been my primary for many years, my two boys (now men) included. My only gripe is that I had to demand to see him this time around just because I've not seen him in years, always the nurse practitioners. Don't get me wrong, I like them also, but at least for my yearly physical, I'd like the old man himself to give me the thumbs up.

Dr Phipps and Shelly truly care about their patients. I never feel rushed, my questions are answered and I’m getting top notch care. Shout out to Tasha and Matt who are an asset to the team..
