Dr Phipps and his team are exceptional. The front desk staff address me by my first name and are very friendly. The Dr assistant was very thorough today. She also made me feel cared about. Dr Phipps listens, ask questions and Show moremakes recommendations best for me. He and the ursing staff explain exactly what they are doing and put me at ease. Dr Phipps is the best doctor! I have never been rushed and always treated with courtesy. No complaints.
Dr Lowell Phipps is the best doctor! I am not rushed, he genuinely listens and asks questions so he can best diagnose and prescribe specifically for me. He has a great sense of humor and I am at full peace when I leave, knowing I have plan to go forward. His nurse, Grace, is wonderful. She is so thoughtful and kind and makes sure I am comfortable and ready to meet with Dr Phipps.

Every employee is cheerful, helpful, and kind. Dr. Phipps always has a smile on his face--somewhat like the Cheshire Cat who always knows something you don't. He is not only caring and listens well, he thinks outside the box and offers solutions to complex issues.
Everything is always great here. Appointment scheduling is easy, all healthcare staff are excellent!

Dr. Phipps has been my physician for 10 years. Has been amazing to work with, especially during the Covid 19 pandemic. His concoction of prescribed drugs made all the difference in my recovery. I love his inspirational scripture verses scattered throughout his office. If he is still taking patients, I wouldn’t wait too long.

Dr. Phipps is the best. Very easy to talk to as you explain an issue you may be having. And he supplies a remedy!
My wife and I have been with Dr. Phipps and his entourage for over 15 years and have never once regretted it. His staff and him are very courteous and friendly. They take their time, with you and listen rather than running you out the door, for the next patient. Course the door swings both ways and may have to wait a bit longer because of a patient before you but it is well worth it!
There is never a long wait at the office and Dr. Phipps is a good diagnostician. I always appreciate the professionalism at the office as well!

Unfortunately, I did not feel heard or listened to during my visits. I came seeking answers and support, but I left feeling dismissed rather than understood. Patients deserve to feel respected, taken seriously, and involved in their care.

dr phipps listens and then responds. i set an appointment in order to discuss several issues regarding my care. he dealt with each one and then advised accordingly. not all drs take the time to do this. dr phipps does.
