I had to find a new family practice facility due to our doctor’s office switching over to concierge care. This past Tuesday I needed to see someone for an earache so I decided to call Dr. Phipps office. I was able to get in that very day with nurse practitioner Shelley Rabner. Shelley was so kind, easy to talk to and thorough in her examination of me. She treated me for the ear infection and also recommended some further testing if needed. I have heard/witnessed Dr Phipps as my father's doctor for over 20 years. Not only is my mom a patient of his as well, but many family members see Dr Phipps. It is the 'personal care' he gives to his patients. This is why I switched to Dr Phipps a few years ago. Not only does he but his whole office takes the time to understand you, asking questions and genuinely caring about you. I will continue to drive 30 mins to see Dr Phipps and his staff.
