Had a great and appreciated visit with Dr Phipps this week- I am 75 years old and fixing to undergo a spine surgery and he took the time to answer all my questions, fears and concerns. I had really been down regarding the surgery, he really talked with me and explained all of my concerns and more. I just can not say enough on how he lifted my spirits up in that visit . To me, Shellie is the perfect person to help me with my medications. She is open and honest . Straight shooter. Makes sure you understand everything before you leave. She is stern when she has to be while being warm and kind. I trust her judgement 100%. PSA- if you are a controlled substance drug seeker-keep it moving. She will NOT be manipulated into prescribing a higher dose. I really like her a lot. I find that if you are open and honest with her she can help you manage things better. Read less
