Diana Sarg, MA MFT, LPC Associate, holds a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Counseling and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from The King's University. She works with adults, couples, adolescents, and families. Her clients often include individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, high stress, life transitions, and grief. Diana has a passion for supporting caregivers of individuals with disabilities and families with special needs, drawing on both her professional skills and her personal experience as a caregiver for a family member with disabilities for over 13 years.
Diana’s counseling approach is collaborative and guided by each client’s unique hopes and goals for therapy. She prioritizes safety and respect, ensuring that client feedback is consistently welcomed and integrated into the therapeutic process. Diana believes that every client possesses the innate strengths and adaptability needed to grow and achieve meaningful change through their commitment to therapy. She is EMDR-trained and Internal Family Systems (IFS)- informed, frequently incorporating these modalities into her work with individuals. For couples, she utilizes her training in Level One of the Gottman Method. Diana also integrates therapeutic guidelines of ambiguous loss theory to support caretakers and families navigating the complex emotional terrain of disability and chronic conditions.
Diana has been married to her husband for 17 years, and together they raise their amazing child. As a family, they have journeyed through the realities of neurodivergence for over 13 years, learning about their child’s unique abilities and their family’s resilience. They find joy in supporting their child at Special Olympics events, attending sporting events together, exploring new places and restaurants, and celebrating big and small wins as a family.

Linda is always kind and compassionate. She also is realistic and offers different options/routes for treatment. She lets her patient lead the conversation/their care and guides them with informed consent on their options. Her personality is wonderful! The back and body clinic is lucky to have her!
Linda’s knowledge of my problem was good and she had several options for me to choose from. I like the way she Allowed me the patient to have some control over the options and the path to take forward. I was disappointed how long I had to wait at least 30 minutes for her to get to me.
