Qualified & likable Sara Bruce gets a 5 star rating but I took 1 star off for the convoluted process the practice requires of a new patient. I was not allowed to schedule a wellness visit, which is covered by my health insurance plan, without scheduling a pre-wellness visit with a non-negotiable $50 practice fee. We covered exactly what we would cover in a wellness visit so besides getting orders for my annual mammogram and basic lab work, this costly pre-wellness visit didn't make much sense.
Sara is very welcoming & knowledgeable. She is an excellent listener. My medical care is superlative and collaborative. I choose her to be my family physician over anyone else. I'm very thankful I found her.
Sara is always pleasant and informative. We have been seeing her for years and is the reason that we ended up at Crescent Beach Care. My wife and I love Sara and we think she is phenomenal!

Dr. Sara is amazing! She genuinely listens to your concerns and takes the time to really understand what’s going on. She’s by far the best primary care doctor I’ve ever had. I never feel rushed or like my concerns are being dismissed. The office at CBC is great too—everyone is always so kind and helpful.

Love my provider👍🏼🩺! Absolutely HATE your phone system and “Mira”! Impossible to get through, resolve a problem or just get a question through taking double the time than an actual human. Worst system I’ve encountered ever through my healthcare journey. PLEASE IMPROVE ON THIS!!
